Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  • At Jvolve, we are committed to your satisfaction with our Coaching Modules. If, after completing the Coaching Module, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date (“Refund Window”) by completing our Refund Request Form.
  • This satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to the Coaching Modules. It does not apply to the Coaching Journal and Creative Studio.
  • Refund requests are limited to one Coaching Module per Refund Request Form. If you are dissatisfied with more than one Coaching Module, a separate Refund Request Form must be submitted for each one.
  • When Coaching Modules are purchased in bundle, refund is prorated based on the Coaching Module you are dissatisfied with.
  • You have the option to receive additional support, such as coaching guidance or technical assistance, instead of a refund. If a refund is selected, Jvolve reserves the right to contact you for clarification or to address questions related to your refund request. By submitting a Refund Request Form, you consent to being contacted by Jvolve regarding your request, regardless of requesting a refund or additional support.
  • The reason for the refund request, along with your Coaching Summary, will be reviewed confidentially as part of the refund processing procedure. By submitting a Refund Request form, you consent to the confidential review of your Coaching Module responses to facilitate your request.
