
Satisfaction Guarantee: Coaching Modules
- At Jvolve, we are committed to your satisfaction with our Coaching Modules. If, after completing a premium Coaching Module, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date (“Refund Window”) by completing our Refund Request Form.
- This satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to the paid Coaching Modules. It does not apply to any other products, services, or features, including but not limited to free AI feedback letters or other complimentary content provided as part of the Jvolve platform experience.
- Refund requests are limited to one Coaching Module per Refund Request Form. If you are dissatisfied with more than one Coaching Module, a separate Refund Request Form must be submitted for each one.
- When Coaching Modules are purchased in bundle, refund is prorated based on the Coaching Module you are dissatisfied with.
- You have the option to receive additional support, such as coaching guidance or technical assistance, instead of a refund. If a refund is selected, Jvolve reserves the right to contact you for clarification or to address questions related to your refund request.
- By submitting a Refund Request Form, you consent to the confidential review of your feedback and any relevant data necessary to facilitate your request.
